By now we have already met and gone over general wedding details. Filling out this questionnaire will overall help me when preparing for your wedding day in the photography realm of things! Some of these questions below may be irrelevant to you – this is okay, just skip them. Some of the following questions may be repetitive to what we have already covered verbally – this is just a way for me to keep all of your information in one place. After you fill out and submit the form, it will be emailed to me. I will then go through it all and email you to 1) confirm your information entered, 2) ask you any follow-up questions if needed.

At the very bottom there is a place for you to ask or list any other questions you might have for me or to give me more information you feel as though may be important for me to have.

Please consider the number of guests you may have and your timing. In my experience, receiving lines can take a lot more time than you may think and in-turn take away from bridal portraits scheduled in between the ceremony and the reception. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about this.
