Meet Jared and Allison. They are getting married at the beautiful Bush House Estate towards the end of this year and what better location for their engagement session than that?! For their engagement session we scoped out the beautifully decorated home for unique photo opportunities. If you've never been to the Bush House Estate, you've seen their amazing grand stairwell. It's so beautiful! When we took the session outdoors, we wandered around the immediate property taking advantage of using the house as our backdrop. The weather was very overcast and raining just prior to the session. While it seems as though that would make for equally overcast images, it's actually great! Clouds are natural light diffusers and help to balance the light and shadows in photographs. Surprisingly with all of the rain we had in the Williamsport, PA area, there were still some lingering colorful leaves on a few trees. I just love how the images near them pop! I cannot wait to photograph these two's wedding later on this year at the Bush House Estate in Pennsdale, PA. Allison and Jared have such a relaxed approach to everything and I know that their day will be just as simple, elegant and full of love. Stay tuned for their wedding images this fall!
