Married – forever together
When meeting Susanna and Kyle it was apparent that they had a one-of-a-kind love for each other and family was a top priority for both of them. It was so wonderful meeting their families and children. Susanna and Kyle’s wedding was so beautiful. I knew this would be one of my favorite weddings of the season with how relaxed and family-oriented it was from the very beginning. During the ceremony, the couple had a dedication to the children and it took everything I had to keep those tears from rolling. The Bride’s brother was their officiant and it was so special to watch him guide Susanna and Kyle through their vows.
After the ceremony, we stopped at Milton State Park for bridal party and bridal portraits. The trees provided an ample amount of shade for us all to stay cool during this hot afternoon. Following the bridal party portraits I had a short time with the newlyweds for their portraits. It was a great time for them to be alone and reflect on the day thus far.
The reception was held at the Cellars at Brookpark. This is such a beautiful venue for a celebration. The main area was decorated with lights strung from wooden beams and romantic chandeliers. Throughout the venue there were vases, candles and flowers that the bride arranged herself. Such a simple and elegant feel through the entire day. Ard’s Farm catered the event and it was nothing short of deliciousness! After the scumptuous meal guests were invited to the dance floor for a family dance. From this point on it was a fun evening of dancing, laughing and sharing some pretty amazing moments with family and friends. I am beyond blessed to have met these two and spend their day with them capturing every bit of the way.
