Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Items available for purchase through the Amanda Steinbacher Photography, LLC store are non-physical products.

Digital Files purchased are ineligible for any returns or refunds due to the nature of the file and purchase. Photography Sessions are subject to a non-refundable retainer upon purchase and are not eligible to be refunded.

Exchanges

If you would like to switch your currently booked session for a different session time, please contact amanda@steinbacher.photography. A change to your reservation may be made if and only if there is another option available.

Gifts

If purchasing a Gift Certificate and you would like a refund issued, please contact Amanda@steinbacher.photography. The refund can be processed within 30 days of purchase date only if the certificate has not been redeemed. Gift Certificates can only be refunded to original purchaser and refund would be processed to the original form of payment.
