A Fun 1st Birthday Session
I love capturing 1st birthday sessions of the little ones of which I captured their newborn images! It’s that full-circle of accomplishment feeling. I am always blown away by how much they grow over that first year.
Callen’s 1st birthday session was one of my favorites to capture. We had a whole lot of fun with the kiddos and I was able to surprise their parents with a balloon basket!
The balloon basket was easy to make. I went to a local Party City to pick up some balloons to coordinate with our blue theme as well as a helium tank to fill them up. The basket was a lucky find at Target! I showed up well before the session to inflate the balloons and tie them with ribbon to the basket handles so they were ready to go when this wonderful family arrived. I don’t know who was excited more – the parents or the boys?!?!? If this setup is something you’d like for your children or family, contact me to arrange a session for your vision!
